Feel better in life and love.

Education programs to help you get unstuck!

Tired of Working on it Alone?

Many people feel frustrated and stuck trying to hash out relationship or anxiety issues alone.  Reaching out for help isn’t easy.

My personalized education programs bring therapy wisdom right to you. I teach you exactly how to feel better, fix your relationships and thrive in your life from the comfort of your own home.

Hello

I’m Sandy

I am a trauma, relationship and anxiety therapist who lives and works in British Columbia.  I have been in practice for 17 years, where I have helped hundreds of people get unstuck and thrive in the life and relationships.

Not everybody has access to skilled therapy, or feels comfortable reaching out.  With that in mind, I have developed guided programs to bring the tools I teach everyday in my office to you in the comfort of your own home.

What I Do

Clinical Counselling Practice in B.C.

I have a thriving therapy practice for individuals and couples to help people resolve issues of past trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression and relationship distress.

If you live in British Columbia and are interested in individual or couples therapy in person (Nelson), or remotely on zoom, then visit my therapy practice site at nelsoncounselling.com.  There is usually about a 2-3 month wait list for my practice.

5-Week Signature Program!

In this education and coaching program, I take a small group of committed individuals through everything they need to learn to shift their relationship.  You will move from bickering or distancing, to an awesome, loving partnership that lasts.

Over seven weeks I will walk you, step-by-step, through learning and self-exploration to discover what you need to break through negative relationship patterns to change that you can maintain easily.

Testimonials

"Sandy has a gift for listening deeply with kindness, compassion, and non-judgement, then articulating thoughtful reflections and tangible solutions. She is always able to offer clarity, focus, depth, and perspective to any issue that comes up, and I deeply value her insights. Without hesitation, I would recommend her as a guide, coach or therapist to anyone looking to make a lasting change in their life or relationships."

Paula Pensiero

“I absolutely loved the simplicity and efficiency of this method. Sandy is a compassionate teacher who understands how to bring about a shift in perspective with the very little spare time we have...I am so grateful for the tools we were given and the space that it created for us to reconnect. Definitely recommend!!"

Laura Carrotti

“When my partner first suggested we get help I wasn’t expecting much. This course has completely changed the way I see our issues. We know how to get through tough conversations without getting lost in conflict.”
